Cebu Pacific said the purpose of the unique demonstration was to get passengers to pay attention to the airline's safety guidelines - And that they did.

The video has become an instant YouTube sensation, earning 6 million hits in five days.

The airline has used the pop performance for only two domestic flights as of now, but is looking to include more fun activities to spice up its customers' in-flight experience.
