【新唐人2011年2月7日訊】央視春晚惡評如潮的同時,《博訊網》推出第二屆「訪民春晚」博得了共鳴。這臺創意晚會反映中國社會現實,表達訪民疾苦的心聲,引起了社會反響。不幸的是,和去年一樣,民間版春晚總導演姜加文被公安帶走,強制送回遼寧老家。
訪民春晚今年是第二屆,為了避免中共警察的干擾,採取了分散提前製作的方式,最後彙集到海外的《博訊網》與觀眾見面。
上訪村村長李小成:「上訪是一個偉大的戰場,在這個偉大的戰場上,正在進行著反腐和反腐敗的戰爭,正在進行著爭取人權和自衛人權健康的戰爭。是一支反腐敗、反顛覆、反倒退的浩浩蕩蕩的人民大軍,中央應該對上百萬因上訪被判刑勞教的上訪人賠禮道歉、平反昭雪......。」
現在北京還有許多外地的訪民,在大年夜無家可歸,露宿街頭。自編自導與官方版本迥異的春晚節目,訪民們意在訴說冤情,維護權利,不料引來當局的阻撓和追捕。
《權利運動》博客的消息說,豐臺區張郭莊派出所出動十多個警察,直撲「訪民春晚」總導演姜加文的住處,在沒有出示傳喚證的情況下,把他帶走送回遼寧老家,還抄走他的電腦和材料。
另據《博訊網》報導,去年「訪民春晚」的參與者很多已經失去自由,包括新疆訪民馮永記和山東訪民韓洪布被勞教,攝影師欒溱洋則是下落不明。
「陽光公益」創辦人劉安軍認為,公安阻止民間版本的春晚節目,主要是怕暴露現在體制下的訪民苦難,所以對他們就得想盡一切辦法的打壓。
據一些民間組織估計,中國大約有一千萬因為各種原因上訪的民眾。
《博訊網》編輯韋石對《自由亞洲電臺》表示,由於最近中東一些國家爆發大規模反政府示威,中共當局也加緊社會控制,今年冬天流浪在外的中國訪民日子,會更為難過。

Petitioning is a war of anti-corruption and
ongoing struggle for human rights and self-defense.
The petitioners are a mighty army of anti-corruption,
anti-subversive, and anti-regression.
The government should apologize to the million of
petitioners wrongly sentenced to labor camps,
and redress their cases.
In Beijing, there are many out-of-town petitioners.
They were homeless and slept outside
on New Year's Eve.
Different from the official celebration,
petitioners tell their grievances and assert their rights,
in the Petitioners’ Program.
The authorities soon hunted down the director.
According to Rights Movement’s blog,
Fengtai District sent a dozen policemen to get
Jiang Jiawen, the program director.
Without a proper summon,
they sent him back to his hometown, Liaoning,
and took away his computer and some materials.
According to Boxun.com, many petitioners
in last year's program have lost their freedom.
Feng Yongji and Han Hongbu from Xinjiang
were put in labor camps.
Photographer Luan Qinyang is missing.
Sunshine Organization’s founder Liu Anjun believes,
police interferes with the unofficial new year program
to not expose petitioners’ suffering under the system.
They use every possible means to suppress them.
Some NGOs estimate,
China has about 10 million petitioners.
Boxun.com’s editor Wei Shi told Radio Free Asia,
due to the recent large-scale anti-government
protests in some Middle Eastern countries,
the Chinese authorities have stepped up social control.
The life of homeless petitioners could be even worse.
