【禁聞】法總統訪華 利比亞戰事成焦點

【新唐人2011年4月1日訊】法國總統薩爾科齊30號會晤了中共主席胡錦濤，兩人在軍事干預利比亞問題上展開了話題，也各有表態。不過，薩爾科齊這次訪華的目地是參加南京「國際貨幣體制改革研討會」，當天「利比亞問題」反而成為兩國領導人壓倒性的主要議題了。請看報導。

薩爾科齊這次訪華，被外界稱為「旋風式的訪問」。30號晚，薩爾科齊與胡錦濤的會談，比原先計劃延長了30分鐘，主要用來討論利比亞的形勢問題。兩人在軍事干預利比亞問題上立場明顯分歧。

胡錦濤指出，聯合國安理會就利比亞局勢執行決議，目地是制止暴力，保護平民，他不贊成在國際事務中使用武力。而薩爾科齊解釋，這次空襲行動並沒有造成平民傷亡。

林保華（政論家）：“中共在利比亞的問題上，是非常矛盾的啦。這次借法國總統薩爾科齊到中國去，胡錦濤就明確提出來，希望他們西方國家，歐盟國家停止軍事行動。那就是說，等於是他完全，幾乎是完全站在卡扎菲立場上了。”

中共喉舌「央視」為了說明聯軍轟炸造成平民傷亡，尤其是婦女和兒童傷亡，而把卡扎菲早前猛烈進攻班加西造成的平民傷亡畫面，說成是聯軍空襲的「戰果」。為了避免穿幫，畫面沒有配音，其中小孩子的畫面還反覆出現了多次。

林保華：“ 說老實話，因為中共和利比亞應該是兄弟關係，兩個都是獨裁者。現在問題在哪裏呢？問題在於卡扎菲使用共產黨那種人民戰爭，他把婦女、兒童擺在前方，那麼這種擺在軍隊前面，這樣子的話，如果真的發生那種平民受傷亡的事情。應該由卡扎菲負更大的責任。這種人民戰爭過去中國（共）政府也經常這樣做的。”

胡錦濤與薩爾科齊會談時還強調：“武力解決不了問題，只能使問題更加複雜化，對話等和平手段才是最終解決問題的出路。”

陳破空（時事評論員）：“胡錦濤對法國總統說的有關利比亞的話，他的整個話是虛偽的。因為首先聯軍部隊並沒有轟炸利比亞的平民。而中共中央電視臺偽造平民傷亡的畫面，那是卡扎菲打死的利比亞平民。中共移花接木，用以偽造。胡錦濤應該對他們自己的共產黨說，武力和暴力不能解決他們跟中國人民之間的對立和衝突。”

孫文廣（山東大學退休教授）：“在中國，實際上民間對政府的抗議、對政府的批評，甚至採取上廣場去搞一些行走啊、散步啊，都在它們的打壓範圍之內。最近又抓了很多。”

空中打擊利比亞率先由法英倡議，法國又是首要的謀劃者和積極的推動者。而在聯合國安理會通過在利比亞建立禁飛區決議案表決時，同樣擁有否決權的常任理事國——中國，並沒有投下否決票，這給聯合國干預利比亞的軍事行動開了綠燈。中共前後矛盾的說詞引起外界普遍的疑問。

外界評論，一個全力支持對利比亞進行空中打擊的法國，與另外一個反對對利比亞採取軍事行動的中共相會，足以體現出中共當局的尷尬。從這次會議，官方的信息既少又含糊、中方媒體幾乎鴉雀無聲就可以看出。

Sarkozy VS Hu on Libya

On his visit to China on the 30th,

French President Nicolas Sarkozy

discussed military intervention in Libya

with President Hu Jintao.

Sarkozy』s visit was for the

“Structural Reform of International Currency

Seminar”, when the Libya issue took over the topic.

Sarkozy』s visit was referred to as tornado-like,

with a 30 minute dialogue extension in the evening.

Stances on Libya were obvious from both sides.

Hu said he did not support UNSC and instead wanted

a 『non-violent action in this affair.』

Sarkozy explained that there were no casualties

during the air raid.

Baohua Lin: "CCP (Chinese Communist Party)

is plainly contradictive on the Libyan issue.

Hu』s claim of stopping military action has indicated

that the CCP stands in line with Gaddafi."

CCP』s mouthpiece, CCTV, falsified the Benghazi

casualties caused by Gaddafi, by claiming

they were the result of the United Army air raid,

highlighting the women and children victims.

The video evidence has obvious signs of tampering.

Baohua Lin: "It』s obvious that CCP are in partnership

with Libya, both of which run on dictatorships.

The current problem is that Gaddafi puts women

and children on the front line, but isn』t it

Gaddafi directing it behind the scene.

Similar things occur frequently in China too."

At the conference Hu also emphasized that

"Military action cannot cure the situation.

It only intensifies it. Peaceful means,

like dialogue, is the solution."

Pokong Chen: "It』s a hollow speech Hu made on Libya

to Sarkozy, knowing that there was no attack

upon Libyans. The dead bodies on CCP News were

actually killed by Gaddafi. It』s been falsified.

Hu ought to direct 『peaceful acts』 to his people,

who are suffering national conflicts with the CCP."

Sun: "In China, the people』s protest and discontent,

as well as congregation in public areas, are all

repressed by the CCP. There are even arrests. "

The air strike was initially proposed by the UK

and France, with the latter being the main force

behind the initiative. However, CCP did not object

when UNSC took a vote on the no-fly zone proposal,

though holding the right to object. The CCP arouses

many question for its self-contradictory acts.

It is believed that France』s presence will put CCP

in an awkward situation in its opposition.

The so far lack of CCP』s media public information

speaks more than any propaganda could.
