【禁聞】紅十字會天價飯局　中石化百萬茅臺

【新唐人2011年4月19日訊】近來中國大陸頻頻曝光奢侈浪費、公款消費的事件。中石化天價高檔酒單，還沒有給出一個最終的結果，幾天前，作為社會救助團體的上海盧灣區紅十字會，再次爆出公款消費近萬元的飯局，引來眾多網友圍觀和質疑。請看下面報導。

4月15號，新浪微博博友肖雪慧貼出一張“最讓人寒心的餐飲發票”，並附上「圖片說明」是：“紅十字會一頓飯的發票”。這張金額為9859元的發票，顯示收款單位為「上海慧公館餐飲有限公司」，付款單位為「上海市盧灣區紅十字會」。這條微博一貼出後，馬上被上萬博友熱傳。

據了解，「慧公館」是上海市一間高級的私人會所，其中離盧灣區紅十字會辦公地點最近的一間分店，人均消費分別為488元、688元、1000元和1260元四個等級，不含酒水，另外還需10%的服務費。在民眾的質疑聲和輿論壓力下，「上海紅十字會」4月16號聲稱，經調查，這筆消費屬公務活動，共有17人參加，但這次消費嚴重超標，已要求涉案人員退回7309元，並通報批評盧灣區紅十字會的鋪張浪費現象。但「上海紅十字會」並沒有提到是否有人要對事件承擔責任。

大陸網站開展相關調查顯示，只有13.16%的人相信：善款應該不存在挪用的情況。本來公眾就已經對紅十字會不信任，「天價發票」無疑是給這種不信任提供了有力的現實例證。

而此前，一篇有關《中石化高層喝酒萬元一瓶》的帖子，在《天涯論壇》曝光。中石化“一方面號稱將虧損而漲油價，一方面又花巨額公款喝高檔酒”，有網友辛辣的諷刺說：“摻了茅臺的油能不貴嗎？！”

據網民在互聯網上貼出的發票複印件照片顯示，中石化廣東分公司花費上百萬元，購買“拉菲”等名貴洋酒及高價茅臺酒。其中，僅一瓶拉菲1996年紅酒的無稅進價，就高達11846元。另一張發票顯示，中石化公司一次就購買了近82萬元的茅臺酒。更令人震驚的是，這些都是一週內買的，實際購買金額達300多萬元。目前，具體買進的名酒數量與流向，不得而知。

有消息說，中石化廣東分公司開會要求追查嚴懲洩密人，堅決要求任何人在未經同意的情況下不得接受採訪。也有網貼聲稱這次“天價酒”事件之所以曝光，是源於中石化內部政治鬥爭。爆料人背後就是中石化廣東分公司「非常高的」高層領導。

Red Cross' RMB10,000 Dinner

Frequent incidents of wasteful spending

of public money in China are in the media recently.

While the premium wine list case of Sinopec Group

is still unresolved, Red Cross in Shanghai,

a social relief organization, is being reported

to spend a near RMB10,000 for a dinner.

Many netizens and onlookers are suspicious.

April 15, Xiaoxue Hui posted "the most chilling

dinner invoice” on a blog. A photo shows a dinner

invoice of RMB9859 from Shanghai Hui Restaurant

and Red Cross as the payer. After the news

was posted on the microblog, it immediately spread

to tens of thousands of netizens.

It is understood that "Hui Restaurant" is a high-class

private club which is very close to Red Cross office.

For that meal, per capita consumption was

RMB488, 688, 1000 and 1260 respectively

as well as 10% service charge, drinks excluded.

Under the public suspicion and pressure, Red Cross

claimed on April 16 that it was a business activity

and 17 people participated. But, due to excessive

spending, it has asked those involved to return

RMB7309. Red Coss was critized for being

extravagant with public money, but no one

was named as being responsible for the incident

According to a survey on the Internet,

13.16% felt that it should not happen.

People do not trust Red Cross to begin with,

now the invoice provides stronger evidence.

Previous reports on "high level official in Sinopec

drinking premium wine worth RMB10,000”

made Sinopec increase oil price due to losses.

Its waste of fortune on premium wine brings in

sarcasm like 『Can oil and Maotai cocktail be cheap?』

From the posted invoices, Internet users believe,

Sinopec in Guangdong spends millions of yuan

to purchase expensive "Lafite" and high class

Maotai. The invoice showed that a bottle of 1996

Lafite wine was RMB11,846 and the Maotai

was RMB820,000, all bought within a week.

The total amount is over RMB3 million. Nobody

knows how many were bought and where they are.

Sources said that Sinopec in Guangdong wanted to

investigate and punish the informer, and prohibit

anyone from accepting an interview. Some claimed

that the informer of “extravagant wine” has strong

support at very high level of the Sinopec Group.
