【禁聞】藝術家設「名人堂」諷貪官

【新唐人2011年5月20日訊】名人堂，一般都是指在某些專業領域有出類拔萃的行為，而被票選為最佳代表人物，通常是正向的意思。但在中國有個名人堂意義卻相反，藝術家張秉堅創作千幅貪官頭像組成「貪官名人堂」，這些畫作近期在各大媒體相繼刊登，再次突顯了中國貪腐的另類特色。

鏡頭上看到的是，畫工正在繪製韶關市國土局土地規劃科原科長陳壽斌的畫像。陳壽斌因受賄470萬元，詐騙2700多萬元，挪用公款90萬元，2010年7月被判處無期徒刑，剝奪政治權利終身。

這裡是藝術家張秉堅在深圳的工作室，他找了十幾名畫工共同完成了至少600多張的中共貪官油畫肖像。其中包括陳良宇、韓桂芝、鄭筱萸等知名貪官。當初創作貪官名人堂的靈感，是因為看到2008年官員受賄平均值為884.1073萬元，與2007年的253.29萬元相比大幅上升。貪官「胃口」大了將近三倍。

油畫的粉紅色基調是來自於100元人民幣，張秉堅表示，因為貪官基本上都是在「錢」眼裏栽了跟頭，貪官正是因為有權了，心靈就遭受腐蝕。

張秉堅計劃在完成2000幅左右的油畫肖像後，將把它們組合起來對外展出，讓民眾看看這些貪官們的模樣，他表示這是一個長期的藝術創作過程，因為會不斷有新的貪官嘴臉出現。

油畫的邊沿除了標上貪官的姓名和身份之外，還會用紅色印上諸如「貪污」、「受賄」、「死緩」等公章形式的字樣，卻沒有「死刑」的字樣。

近年來，貪污狼藉者比比皆是，貪官被槍斃者卻寥寥無幾，就算貪污巨億，頂多不過死緩而已。例如，5月9號，深圳市原市長許宗衡因為受賄案判處死刑，但緩期二年執行。還有山東省日照市出入境檢驗檢疫局局長李華森，貪汚、受賄、挪用公款將近1.58億元，一審被判無期徒刑。不過，據財新網統計，這個數字還上不了中國十大億元貪官的排行榜。

另外，在重慶三峽博物館舉辦一場為期十天的貪官展覽，希望達到警鐘長鳴的效果。對此，網友禹皇大帝說，「貴州的省委書記劉方仁被抓後也搞過展覽，但後面這些狗東西更貪！」

另一位網友月滿英倫表示，「中國的官已成『無官不貪』就是治理也是給百姓看看的，再者你讓貪官治理貪官那還有意義嗎，他們不把展覽會開成新時期的貪污手法研討會就不錯了。」

Chinese Artist Paints “Hall of Shame”

A Hall of Fame endeavors to honor individuals

of noteworthy achievement, in a particular field.

It definitely has a positive connotation to it.

But there is one exception...

Chinese artist, Zhang Bingjian, has painted

hundreds of portraits of corrupt officials

and named his work, “The Hall of Corrupt Officials,”

which now appears in various Chinese media.

The painter drew the portrait of Chen Shoubin,

former director of the Land Planning Office

in Shaoguan City Land and Resources Bureau.

Chen received a life sentence in July 2010 for

embezzling 4.7 million yuan, and committing fraud

to the tune of 27 million yuan, as well as

misappropriating 900,000 yuan in public funds.

This is artist Zhang Bingjian』s studio in Shenzhen.

He hired 12 painters and completed at least 600

portraits of corrupt Chinese Communist Party (CCP)

officials, including Chen Liangyu, Han Guizhi,

and Zheng Xiaoyu.

Zhang got the inspiration from noting that in 2008,

the average bribe among CCP officials

was 8.8 million yuan, three times that of 2007,

which was “only” 2.5 million yuan.

The main color of the portraits resembled the same

pink tone of the 100-yuan bill. Zhang explained that

after falling into the trap of money and power,

even the minds of good officials turned bad.

Zhang plans to open an exhibit when he finishes

2,000 such portraits, in an effort to expose

these corrupt CCP officials to the world.

He said it is a long-term creative project,

as new corrupt officials will continue to surface.

Included next to the name of each corrupt official,

are words describing their crimes, such as: “bribery,”

“embezzlement,” and “suspended death sentence,”

all in red seals. But there is no mention

of “death sentences” anywhere.

Bribery and embezzlement have always been rampant,

in the CCP, but seldom were corrupt officials executed.

Those who』ve embezzled over 100 million yuan

were only given suspended death sentences.

Xu Zongheng, former Mayor of Shenzhen was given

a death sentence with two years reprieve.

Li Huasen, director of the Entry-Exit Inspection and

Quarantine Bureau of Rizhao City, Shandong,

whose case involved the embezzlement of

158 million yuan, was only given a life sentence.

In spite of embezzling such a huge sum of money,

according to caing.net, Li was not included in the top

ten most corrupt officials in China.

A ten-day exhibit depicting corrupt officials,

is being held in Chongqing, in an effort to

raise awareness of the widespread corruption.

A netizen commented, “After Liu Fangren,

Party Chief of Guizhou Province, was arrested,

they also held an exhibition to expose him.

Yet, his successors are even greedier than him.”

Another netizen said,

“Chinese officials are all corrupt.

Putting them on trial is only for show.

What』s the point of assigning one corrupt official

to check and monitor another corrupt official?

Is the exhibition to expose their corruption or

for them to share their crime techniques?”
