【新唐人2011年6月30日訊】中共總理溫家寶歐洲訪問的行程告一段落，有評論人士和網友對於他在英國的演講發表評論，希望溫總理不要只是嘴巴講，更重要的是「要立即行動」。而28號在中德磋商會上，溫家寶的耳機在默克爾總理談到敏感話題時突然失靈，也引起媒體評論。
溫家寶星期一在「英國皇家學會」以“中國改革開放以來的發展變化及未來中國的走向”為主題，發表演說。
他表示，目前中國社會還存在著貪污腐敗，分配不公，以及損害人民群眾權益的種種弊端，解決這些問題的根本途徑，是堅定不移的推進政治體制改革，建設社會主義民主法治國家。”
對此，香港支聯會副主席蔡耀昌認為，更重要的不是怎樣講， 而是怎麼做，中共當局現在所做的事情，實際上是違反中國自己對國際社會的承諾。
香港支聯會副主席蔡耀昌：“中國（共）政府其實根本沒有在監督人權、民主發展這方面去做，反而在各方面去加強對民間，包括人民的各方面的控制，而且很多地方，包括扣押艾未未和其他維權人士、維權律師、網絡工作者等等，這些過程我想他們自己的法律也違反。”
網友Hellohung說：作為總理不能只是相信，他的責任是要去將健全的民主法制實現，人民不想等了，請溫總立即行動吧，就算以你說的方式和形式來實現，也比只信不做強。
而28號在中德磋商會議上，當德國總理默克爾提及艾未未、胡佳，以及敦促中國儘快實現司法程序透明化，和改善外國駐華記者的工作條件等敏感話題時，溫家寶的耳機突然失靈，聽不清傳來的翻譯。《德國之聲》諷刺溫家寶的耳機具有智慧，是"智能耳機" 。
《德國之聲》報導說，「這個畫面有它的像徵意義」。因為，溫家寶已經拜訪德國5次，每一回會談，德國政府都提及尖銳的話題比如言論自由，可是每一次都沒有獲得中方太多的回應。
之後，在記者會上，一名德國電視臺的記者突然高舉一只金色招財貓，高呼是為了慶祝中德達成巨額經貿協議，要送給溫家寶作禮物。他抗議兩國領袖以經濟掛帥，對中國的人權問題則輕輕帶過。會場外也有人權團體向溫家寶示威，更有人高呼西藏獨立自由的口號。
一位名為Dieter Engel的網友說：“又是一些隨風而逝的大話。所有的一切都是說辭，一如既往的缺少實實在在的數字。”
而網友chinaocean說：“溫家寶表示，中國將充分實現民主、法治和公正。如果要中國的法制進程給個時間表，我希望不是一萬年。”
不過，「溫家寶」已成為中國互聯網敏感詞。《自由亞洲電臺》記者在新浪微博查看網友們對溫家寶演講的評論，以“溫家寶”為關鍵字搜尋，卻得到：“根據相關法律法規和政策，搜索結果未予顯示”。

Wen』s Europe Visit: Words, Not Actions
Premier Wen Jiabao finished his European trip.
He gave a lecture in England, and netizens say
it』s important to see actions, not just words.
At the Sino-German trade meeting,
Wen』s earphone malfunctioned at a time when
Chancellor Merkel mentioned sensitive topics.
This led to media commenting on the issue.
Wen spoke at British Royal Society on June 27
of China』s reform achievements and the future.
Wen said China faces grim corruption, disparity
and other problems damaging people』s interests.
To solve these problems, China needs
to promote a political reform and rule of law.
Tsoi Yiu-cheong from a democratic alliance
in Hong Kong said the key is action, not words.
The Chinese regime actually violates
its own promises to the global community.
Tsoi Yiu-cheong: “The Chinese regime does not
make effort in human rights and democracy,
but has controlled the Chinese people tightly
in many aspects and in many ways,
its detention of rights activists and lawyers,
such as Ai Weiwei, violates the Chinese law.”
Net blogger Hellohung said as a premier,
Wen should promote democracy and rule of law.
People cannot wait, and Wen should act now.
The post urges Wen to act now, even with words,
it is better than do nothing.
At the trade meeting with Germany on June 28,
Chancellor Merkel mentioned Ai Weiwei and
Hu Jia urging China to improve legal procedures
and the working condition of foreign reporters.
Wen』s earphone suddenly went out, and
the translation was not transmitted clearly.
German media called it an “intelligent” earphone.
Deutsche Welle said the incident is symbolic.
Wen has visited Germany 5 times, and each time
to the mention of sensitive issues such as freedom,
Wen has been rather irresponsive.
At a press conference after the trade contract,
German reporter held up a golden cat, saying
it is a gift for Wen for the fat trade agreement.
He protested against the two countries』 focus
on economy, neglecting human rights problems.
Outside protestors gathered against Wen,
asking human rights and freedom for Tibet.
Netizen Dieter Engel commented,
“Tall words will be gone with the wind.
All are just words, without actual data.”
Netizen chinaocean said, Wen Jiabao promises
democracy, rule of law, and justice for China.
“I hope it does not take 10,000 years to get there.”
In China, “Wen Jiabao” became sensitive words
on the web. RFA reporter searched “Wen Jiabao”
on Sina』s microblog, and the screen said
“Results not shown as per rules and regulations.”
