【新唐人2011年7月14日訊】中國籃球運動員姚明已決定退役，消息傳出後轟動了體壇，牽動了大批球迷的心。儘管姚明表示：「中國籃球不要再指望他了」，他「自己有自己的死法」，未來想學管理學，但是外界還是疑惑，姚明為甚麼現在選擇退役？請看報導。
7月9號凌晨，NBA聯盟官方網站消息，中國球員姚明已經決定退役。並在過去48小時內已經通知了NBA聯盟、休斯頓火箭隊以及NBA中國方面。
姚明與休斯敦火箭隊的合同已經在剛剛過去的賽季末到期。這些年來，姚明持續受到腳部和腳踝傷勢的困擾。2010-2011賽季，姚明因傷報廢整個賽季，經過漫長的恢復，他的左腿傷勢仍然沒有痊癒。姚明將於7月20號在上海正式宣佈退役。
前中國男籃國家隊隊員陳凱表示，姚明是一個真實熱愛籃球的人，心裡頭有很多的矛盾和衝突，最中間有一個矛盾就是，他要在一個專制驅使下去熱愛這個籃球。
陳凱（前中國男籃國家隊隊員）：“姚明他在跟NBA簽合同之前，首先要跟中國（共）政府簽一個賣身契。甚麼樣的賣身契？你可以到NBA打球掙錢，但是中國（共）政府要你回來為我們（中共）國家打球的話，你必須得回來。同時，你得的所有金斯卡、所有得的收入，包括你的商業廣告，包括所有的收入，你要給中國（共）政府一半。”
陳凱認為，這個合同就是姚明的賣身契。因為在中國沒有法律，沒有一個合法的機構，不尊重每個個體的自由意願。
陳凱（前中國男籃國家隊隊員）：“它把姚明看成是一個工具、一個財產、一個螺絲釘。是它們（中共）自己培養出來的。中國的整個制度和政治制度、經濟制度、體育制度全部是反對競爭的制度。”
陳凱還表示，中共讓運動員代表政府，這是對體育運動的侮辱，運動應是一個人的愛好就足夠了，不應該給這些壓力。姚明只能選擇自己的方式。比如把孩子生在美國，因為美國是自由的。
不過，美國哥倫比亞大學政治學博士李天笑在《大紀元》新聞網站上，曾經發表《為何古月走的急 姚明傷的慘？ 》一文，文中警示姚明要給自己選擇後路。
文中寫道，提起體育界小巨人姚明，剛進火箭隊時，雖未如日中天，倒也惹人羨慕。但隨著02年10月在美國德州農工大學與江澤民「互動」後，姚明便厄運上身，時不時因各種傷痛中斷比賽。接著姚明不聽醫囑，拖著剛好不久的左腳，硬要為中共奧運會站臺，舉著紅旗捧中共場子，結果不但名落第八，而且傷病更甚。
李天笑文中強調，毛澤東殺人無數，周恩來助紂為虐，江澤民迫害民眾。這些中共黨魁犯下的滔天大罪遲早要受到清算。為中共及中共黨魁唱讚歌，必然惹禍。
李天笑還表示，與中共「套近乎」會帶來嚴重的後果，是一件極不值得的事情﹔而脫離中共的沉船，為自己留下後路則有百利而無一弊。

Yao Ming Retires
The famous Chinese basketballer Yao Ming decided to retire;
this had caused a sensation, affecting many of his fans.
Yao Ming said, “basketball in China doesn』t need him”
and that “he』ll die in his own way.”
He shared his intention to study “management.”
People can』t help but speculate on his reasons for retiring.
On the morning of July 9, NBA』s official website announced
that Yao had decided to retire, and had informed his team,
Houston Rockets, as well as NBA of China.
Yao』s contract with Rockets ended in the previous season.
Lately he had been troubled by his foot and ankle injuries.
In the 2010-11 season Yao couldn』t compete due to injuries.
After a long treatment process his left foot is still not healed.
Yao Ming will officially announce his retirement
in Shanghai on July 20.
Chen Kai, an ex-player of the Chinese basketball team,
believes that Yao loves basketball in his heart,
and that he might have a lot of internal conflicts,
including him having to live in autocratic society.
Chen Kai, “Before Yao can sign with NBA,
he has to sign a contract with China.
He can play for NBA, but he has to rejoin the Chinese team
if the government asks him to.
And the Chinese government takes half of his income,
including commercial endorsements and salary.”
Chen Kai says this contract is Yao』s bondage;
there』s no law or legal entities in China
that will honor his personal will.
Chen Kai, “They see Yao as a tool, a property,
a cog in the machine. And he』s a governmental tool.
The Chinese Communist Party』s (CCP) system, its political,
economical and sports systems are against competition.”
Chen Kai says that it is an insult to sportsmanship
to have the CCP meddling in those matters.
Sports should be enjoyed by the individual, not to be forced
by a government; Yao wants to walk his own path.
It is similar to having his child born in the U.S., for example.
Dr. Li Tianxiao, a politics professor from Columbia University,
wrote an article in 2010 for the Chinese Epoch Times titled,
“Why Gu Yue Died So Soon And Yao Ming Hurts So Badly,”
hinting in it that Yao had to choose his own future.
In the article Li wrote that Yao was at the top of his career,
and envied by many, when he first joined the Rockets.
But since he “interacted” with the ex-CCP leader Jiang Zemin
in October of 2002 at the Texas』 A&M University,
it was as if a bad luck had struck him.
He had to leave numerous games due to injuries.
Yao failed to comply with medical advices, and dragged
his recently-recovered left foot to attend the Beijing Olympics.
As part of the Chinese team, he waved the communist flag.
The team declined to the 8th, and he got more injuries.
Li emphasized in his article that Mao Zedong killed
countless people; Zhou Enlai was there to assist the dictator,
and Jiang Zemin persecuted the Chinese.
These CCP leaders will have to pay for their heinous crimes.
And those who sing praises for them
will bring bad luck upon themselves.
Li also said that those who tried to cotton up with the CCP
often met a terrible fate. He warns that people
should abandon the sinking ship of CCP,
and walk their own path.
