North Korean TV shows hordes of mourners pouring into the Kumsusan Memorial Palace where Kim Jong-il is lying in state.

朝鮮電視播報金正日在錦繡山紀念宮的葬前公眾瞻仰儀式，成群結隊的哀悼者湧入為其送葬。

The footage was aired on Thursday by state broadcaster KRT but it's not clear when it was filmed.

上週四由國家廣播公司KRT播出這段畫面，但目前尚不清楚影片攝製的時間。

Kim's son and designated successor was there again to greet diplomats visiting to pay their condolences.

金正日的兒子和指定繼承人再次迎接外交官，以答他們的慰問。

Civilians are also being allowed in to express their grief.

平民也被允許前來表達他們的悲痛。

[Kim Pil-Bong, Factory Manager]:

"How on earth is this possible? Our general was working day and night in his passionate effort to lead us. And on a night train...."

Kim's death has brought an influx of curious tourists to the South Korean side of the demilitarized zone that separates it from the North.

金正日的死讓好奇的遊客湧入隔離南北韓的非軍事區。

On Thursday, about a hundred came to take a look across the border.

上週四，約有百名民眾到此探看邊境。

[Lee In-hee, South Korean Tourist]:

"I was wondering what would happen in North Korea and I heard this Unification Observatory is the best position to look over the northern side of the border so I came here with my friends."

南韓遊客李在熙說：「我好奇北韓會發生什麼事，我聽說這個統一展望台是查看北面邊界最好的位置，所以我跟朋友就來了。」

Kim's authoritarian rule ended on Saturday when he died aboard a train from a heart attack.

金正日的獨裁統治於上週六結束。當他登上一列火車時，心髒病發作死亡。

His funeral is due to take place on December 28th.

他的葬禮預定於12月28日舉行。
