【禁聞】四川藏族抗爭12死 CNN記者遭扣押

【新唐人2012年2月1日訊】最近四川再度爆發抗爭事件，西藏人權團體抗議大陸公安殘酷鎮壓，已經造成至少12人死亡，多人受傷。日前美國有線電視新聞網CNN記者試圖進入四川藏人自治區採訪，卻受到中共當局打壓，一行人在成都遭到扣留，引起國際媒體關注。

中國四川省藏區最近接連傳出僧侶自焚、或遭武警射殺的事件，中共當局調派大批軍警，對藏區實行嚴密控制和封鎖。CNN的一個採訪小組，前往西藏自治區調查事件與報導。採訪過程中，記者全程遭到跟監，還在成都機場被便服警察扣留了5個小時。

CNN星期一發表記者斯坦•格蘭特從四川發出的報導說，「在我們要過安檢的時候，警察抓住了我們。我們被押送到機場警察派出所，被拘留審問了5個小時。警察扣留了我們的一些錄影。他們想知道我們採訪了誰，我們在這裏幹甚麼，我們到過哪些地方，我們為甚麼要採寫這樣的報導。」

CNN記者還說，軍警密佈四川首府成都的藏族人聚居區。在那裏的一些藏族僧人無法跟家人聯絡，也無法回家，到處都是軍警，他們哪裏也不能去。

有記者試圖開車進入甘孜，但半路被檢查哨的警察給攔截下來，警察命令記者折返，禁止進入的理由是「前頭結冰，對外賓不合適。」

有消息說，中共當局對當地居民的通訊進行監視、攔截，除了武裝警察之外，還調派了人民解放軍，以加強對那裏的控制。

與此同時，國際社會也發出大量批評聲浪，世界各大媒體派駐中國的記者紛紛報導相關訊息。

反觀中共喉舌媒體，報導只提到，自治州兩個警察派出所受到人群攻擊，導致警察自衛，造成至少一個人死亡，其他一些人受傷，卻沒有解釋為甚麼藏族僧人要自焚？為甚麼人們攻擊警察派出所？

新疆居民：「這一段時間來，不停的有藏人自焚，已經高達17名了，當局它就一直的壓制這個事情，他們就沒有誠意解決，人民要起來集體抗議示威了，是吧？我想原因在這個。喇嘛們不可能主動去襲擊警察吧！你想他們寧可燒自己！我想他們不會主動襲擊警察的。」

「達賴喇嘛西藏宗教基金會」董事長達瓦才仁向《新唐人》表示，中共政府永遠不會承認錯誤，現在對藏人的鎮壓，不僅不尋求民眾認同，還進一步掩蓋，這就是中共「偉光正」一貫的態度和作法。

達瓦才仁：「同樣的，西藏民族不會因為你軍隊派的很多，就會屈服！過去五、六十年，西藏人的反抗從來沒有停止過。所以說，如果中國政府不改變對西藏民族的這樣一種殖民政策，或不平等的對待的這種政策的話，雙方之間的這樣一種衝突、西藏人民的這樣一種犧牲、中國政府的這樣一種高壓統治或鎮壓，都應該不會停止。」

達賴喇嘛駐北美代表羅桑念扎介紹，中國新年四川藏區甘孜自治州爐霍縣發生藏人抗爭，遭中共軍隊鎮壓，3人被打死﹔第二天在色達縣又有一人在抗議中被射殺。26號又傳出四川阿壩州一名藏人學生因為貼傳單被打死。

12 Tibetans Killed, CNN Crew Detained While Reporting

Following deadly protests in Sichuan province, Tibetan

human rights groups have condemned the brutal suppression.

Police killed 12 Tibetans, and many were injured.

CNN crew tried to enter Sichuan Tibetan Autonomous

Region. However, they were detained in capital city Chengdu.

The incident has drawn international media attention.

Sichuan Tibetan Autonomous Region has recently seen a

series of incidents.

These have included self-immolation by monks, or shootings

by police.

The CCP have sent large number of military to control

and blockade the Tibetan region.

A CNN crew tried to report the incidents on the ground.

During interviews, they were followed, and detained for

5 hours by plainclothes police in Chengdu airport.

CNN journalist Stan Grant made a report on Monday.

“As we make our way to the service counters…

We are grabbed by police.

We are marched to an airport police station and detained and

questioned for 5 hours. Police keep some of our video.

They want to know who we spoke to, what we are doing here,

where we have been and why we want to cover this story.”

Stan also mentioned that military and police were everywhere

in Tibetan autonomous zone.

Monks could not contact families, nor could they go home.

The police are on every corner, monks could not go anywhere.

Reporters tried to drive into Ganzi in Sichuan, but were

stopped by roadblock police.

Police told reporters they could not go any further.

Police’s excuses are “Icy road ahead, it is not safe for

foreign guests.”

According to reports, the CCP monitors and locks local

Communication.

Alongside military police, the CCP sent liberation army

to strengthen patrolling of the areas.

Meanwhile, the international community condemns this, and

international media inside China report on related incidents.

However, CCP’s media reported in a different tune.

They said two police stations in Tibetan autonomous zone

were attacked, one Tibetan was killed, others were injured.

However, there was no further explanation of why monks

self-immolated, nor why the police stations were attacked?

Tibetan resident: “Recently Tibetans constantly set themselves

on fire in protest, with 17 such incidents in total.

The CCP regime silenced the incidents, no intention to solve it,

so people have to demonstrate, right? I think that is the reason.

Lamas don’t attack police! Think about it, they’d rather

set themselves on fire! I believe they didn’t attack police.”

Dawa Tsering, Chairman of Dalai Lama Religious Foundation

told NTD the CCP will never admit their wrongdoings.

In the current suppression of Tibetans, the CCP not only

didn’t seek public recognition, but sought to cover up further.

This is CCP’s evil nature and it’s so-called “grandness”

Dawa Tsering: “The Tibetans will not give in, for the reason

of CCP sending large numbers of military in the areas.

Over the past 50-60 years, Tibetan’s protests have

never stopped.

If CCP regime does not change the policy towards Tibetans,

or does not change unequal policy;

Conflict between both sides, such sacrifice of Tibetans,

and brutal suppression by the CCP will never stop.”

Lobsang Nyandak, North American Representative of the

Dalai Lama, spoke about incidents in the Chinese New Year.

Tibetans protested at Luhuo County,

Ganzi Tibetan autonomous zone.

Sichuan was suppressed by CCP military, three Tibetans

were killed.

The next day, another Tibetan was shot dead in Seda County.

On Jan.26, a Tibetan student was killed in Aba, while distributing flyers.
