【禁聞】谷俊山落馬獲證 傳與薄熙來妻沾親

【新唐人2012年2月14日訊】18大前，中共各派內鬥不斷升溫。前不久大陸軍方曾傳出消息說，總後勤部副部長谷俊山中將因貪腐落馬。最近大陸國防部網站證實：谷俊山已經被解職。大陸坊間則盛傳，谷俊山與重慶市委書記薄熙來的妻子谷開來很可能有親戚關係。

2月10號，大陸國防部網站「軍委總部領導」這個欄目裡的名單發生變動，原來總後勤部副部長谷俊山的名字被刪除。現有的總後勤部領導名單包括：部長廖錫龍、政委劉源、副部長丁繼業和秦銀河，以及副政委劉曉榕。

谷俊山最後一次以總後副部長身份露面，是在1月19號的總後勤一個工作會議上。1月27號，有大陸媒體爆料，谷俊山因違紀被免職，正在接受調查。

《德國之聲》曾經報導，谷俊山的去職，是由前中共國家主席劉少奇的兒子——總後勤部政委劉源發動的。劉源在龍年前夕對600名軍官講話時聲稱：軍隊腐敗根深蒂固，即使丟官也要與腐敗鬥爭到底。

有海外媒體分析說，劉源是由胡錦濤一手提拔的將領，而胡錦濤的最大政敵是江澤民，軍隊很多高官都是江澤民的人。所以，劉源高調反腐的矛頭所指應該是這些高官。

在谷俊山落馬前不久，中共軍委副主席徐才厚、國防部長梁光烈、總政治部主任李繼耐等軍頭，先後出來強調：要堅決維護胡錦濤的權威。

大陸坊間還有人將谷俊山落馬與最近因為「王立軍事件」受打擊的重慶市委書記薄熙來聯繫到一起。網友表示：谷俊山的父親叫谷景文，薄熙來妻子谷開來的父親是谷景生，谷景文和谷景生是兄弟。因此，谷俊山與谷開來是堂兄妹。不過這個消息目前還沒有被證實。

《蘋果日報》分析說，大陸網站「網易新聞」，11號將「谷俊山去職」和有關薄熙來的新聞並列最顯著位置，似乎暗示兩者關係非淺。

另外一件巧事也引來外界揣測，13號大陸媒體報導，官方證實：原遼寧省鐵嶺市副市長、鐵嶺市公安局長谷鳳傑已經於去年（2011年）5月被「雙規」。而谷鳳傑除了也姓「谷」之外，他還是王立軍的繼任者。

美國「哥倫比亞大學」政治學博士王軍濤：「劉源這次出手，據說是得到了胡錦濤他們的默許和支持。還有這次搞薄熙來，肯定也是胡錦濤在背後做了一些運作。這個究竟是一個大的計劃的一部分，還是兩個在不同領域中的孤立事件，我覺得這個還要再看一下。」

時事評論員文昭也表示，從表面上來看，劉源屬於太子黨，和胡錦濤的團派屬於不同陣營。

文昭：「太子黨和胡錦濤這種團派勢力，通過共青團上來的這些人，還是有區別的。以前看不出來他們之間有甚麼直接的聯繫。」

文昭談到，中共是一個黑箱，所以，也不排除不同的政治勢力會基於共同的具體目標，有一些聯合。

網上資料顯示，谷俊山1956年出生，河南濮陽人，2003年7月晉升為少將軍銜，曾任總後基建營房部辦公室主任、總後勤部基建營房部部長等職。 2009年12月升任總後勤部副部長，2011年晉升為中將。

媒體披露，谷俊山藉職務之便，私下把很多工程交給私人，從中撈取鉅額回扣。此外，他還與早前因涉嫌多宗高官貪腐案件而被調查的歌手湯燦關係密切。

Gu Junshan Reported As Cousin Of Bo Xilai’s Wife

Fractional infighting in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)

keeps heating up, as the party’s 18th congress nears.

Lately, the CCP Defense Ministry official website confirmed

the sacking of Lieutenant General Gu Junshan for corruption.

Sources say Gu Junshan may have kindred relations with

the wife of the CCP Secretary of Chongqing, Bo Xilai..

On February 10, the CCP Defense Ministry headquarters

changed its name list of leaders.

General Logistics Department vice minister, Gu Junshan,

was removed from its official website’s name list.

The updated leadership includes Minister Liao Xilong;

Political Commissar Liu Yuan; Vice Minister Ding Jiye, and

Qin Yinhe; plus Deputy Political Commissar Liu Xiaorong.

Gu Junshan was last seen at a working meeting on Jan.19.

Gu was reported to have been removed from his duties

and placed under investigation, 8 days later.

Voice of Germany says, the son of CCP ex-head, Liu Shaoqi,

Political Commissar Liu Yuan, sent down Gu Junshan.

In a Spring Festival speech to 600 army officers, Liu claimed

to risk his position to fight deeply rooted military corruption.

Some overseas media noted that

General Liu Yuan was hand-picked by Hu Jintao.

Hu’s biggest political rival is Jiang Zemin.

Many senior army officials are Jiang’s protégé.

Reports say Liu Yuan’s blatant anti-corruption claim

was aimed at these senior military officials.

After Gu Junshan was dismissed,

some army heads openly supported Hu Jintao.

Supporters include: Vice Chairman of the CCP

Central Military Commission, Xu Caihou;

Defense Minister Liang Guanglie;

and General Political Department director, Li Jinai.

The axe of Gu JunShan was said to be linking Bo Xilai,

who was impacted by Wang Lijun’s defection event recently.

A Chinese netizen’s posting revealed, Gu Junshan’s father

and the father of Bo Xilai’s wife are brothers.

That is, Gu Junshan and Bo Xilai’s wife are cousins.

The news has not yet been confirmed.

Apple Daily says, news on Gu’s removal and about Bo Xilai

were given top coverage on News.163.com.

It seems to imply a relationship between the two.

Another 『coincidence’ also set off public speculations.

February 13，CCP’s official media confirmed, Gu Fengjie

had been given double-designation status in May 2011.

Gu was the former deputy mayor of Tieling City in Liaoning,

as well as the chief of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Besides having the same surname of “Gu”,

Gu Junjie is also the successor of Wang Lijun.

Wang Juntao (Ph.D. in Political Science, Columbia Univ.),

"This time, Liu Yuan’s action was said to have gotten

acceptance and support from Hu Jintao and his men.

And the CCP’s recent handling of Bo Xilai

is certainly linked to Hu’s moves behind the scenes.

Whether the two incidents are a part of a big plot or are

isolated affairs in different areas, I think we’ll wait-and-see."

Critic, Wen Zhao says, outwardly Liu Yuan is a CCP

princeling, while Hu Jintao is of the CCP’s League fraction.

Wen Zhao: "There are differences between the

CCP princelings and Hu Jintao’s League fraction.

But in the past there was no sign of any direct link

between the two.”

Wen Zhao analyzes that the CCP is like a black box;it does

not rule out the marriage of different forces inside its Party.

Some associations may be based on a common aim

of attaining the same specific goals.

The public data shows, Gu Junshan was born in 1956.

In 2003, Gu was given the title of major general.

Gu’s past posts in the General Logistics Department (GLD)

include: Barracks Construction Division office manager

and Barracks Construction Division director, among others.

In December 2009, Gu was named GLD’s deputy minister

and was promoted to lieutenant general in 2011.

Media revealed that Gu Junshan pocketed huge kick-back

from under-the-table project contracts.

Also, Gu reportedly has close connections

with renowned military singer, Tang Can.

Earlier in late 2011, Tang was investigated for

involvement with CCP senior officials’ corruption cases.
