【禁聞】重慶否認薄熙來請辭 各派促胡處置

【新唐人2012年2月22日訊】重慶副市長王立軍逃亡美國領事館尋求庇護，爆料薄熙來、周永康等中共高層的貪腐和權鬥黑幕，這一國際醜聞延燒江澤民派系。近來，中共各派系不斷在海內外媒體放風表態。外界分析認為，處置薄熙來，促使胡錦濤團派與江派對決，將使十八大權位分配重新洗牌。

胡錦濤2月20號主持中共中央政治局會議，討論政府工作報告。香港《人權民運信息中心》引述消息人士的話說，薄熙來20號出席中央政治局會議，就「王立軍事件」提出請辭。

不過，重慶市委宣傳部發言人否認薄熙來請辭，表示薄熙來當天仍有上班。

原香港《文匯報》駐東北辦事處主任姜維平20號指出，外界普遍認為薄熙來進軍18大常委的美夢已破碎，而中南海還沒有對薄熙來的處置達成共識。

「王立軍事件」發生後，海外媒體和網絡各種真假消息滿天飛。另有消息說，薄熙來會調任全國人大的工作委員會主任，然後再免去重慶市委書記職務。

這個消息與江系《多維網》近期的放風相似。姜維平認為，也有一種可能是，基於形勢和維穩的考慮，暫時先安排一個閒職安撫薄熙來一段時間，等薄熙來的釜底被抽薪之後，再用滾開的熱水煮他，讓他坐牢也有足夠的證據。

《中國事務》刊物主編伍凡表示，薄熙來手握江澤民、周永康等江派的黑材料，也不排除胡溫讓薄熙來揭發，作為打擊江派的罪證。

伍凡：「他為了自保可以出賣一切，求得他自己的安全，他滿足胡溫的所有要求。你要知道監獄啊，陳希同判16年徒刑，陳良宇判18年徒刑，都是作為『政敵』來判的。那麼像薄熙來現在這樣的罪行，判他十幾年是足足有餘。」

與此同時，中共各派系紛紛表態。《人民日報》17號刊文促請胡錦濤處置薄熙來。

伍凡：「這個我想可能是習近平這一派，或者是胡溫中間，比如像溫家寶這一派。他們希望這一屆趕快處理掉。否則你不處理掉的話，以後是會夜長夢多，他會像瘋狗回過頭來會咬人。」

溫家寶日前表示，「任期最後一年能做的事絕不拖延」。《新華網》19號發表中紀委書記賀國強的講話說，如果腐敗得不到有效治理，就有亡黨亡國的危險。

外界分析，《新華網》此時發表賀國強在1月8號的講話，表明瞭他對處理薄熙來的態度。賀國強被認為是江系和李鵬派系的人馬，曾任重慶市委書記，他在重慶的親信遭到薄熙來的整肅。

而《重慶日報》19號刊登了鄧小平之女鄧林的專訪，借用鄧林的話強調改革開放不能變。

姜維平指出，薄熙來不僅演練了「二次文革」，而且，全面否定了改革開放路線，如果胡溫習李不能順應民意與歷史潮流，對薄熙來和王立軍繩之以法，將遺患無窮。

Chongqing Denies Bo Xilai's Resignation

Chongqing vice Mayor Wang Lijun seeking for asylum

at the U.S. Consulate exposed corruption and power struggles

by Bo Xilai, Zhou Yongkang and other top Chinese officials.

The international scandal spread to Jiang Zemin's group.

Recently Chinese Communist Party (CCP) factions have been

constantly spreading news via Chinese and overseas media.

Outside analysts believe that the disposal of Bo Xilai

prompted factions of Hu Jintao and Jiang Zemin to face off,

and this confrontation will re-shuffle the CCP's power layout

during the 18th CCP Congress.

Feb. 20—Hu Jintao discussed the government work report

at the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau meeting.

HK's Human Rights and Democracy Information Center

quoted insiders' statements that Bo Xilai attended the meeting

and that Bo had asked for resignation due to Wang's event.

Yet the Chongqing City Committee Propaganda Department

spokesman denied that Bo Xilai had asked for a resignation,

saying that Bo Xilai had gone to work that day.

Ex-HK Wenweipo Northeast office director Jiang Weiping

said on Feb. 20 that it is widely believed that

Bo Xilai's dream to enter the 18th CCP Congress Standing

Committee is broken,

and the CCP central government has not reached consensus

on the disposal of Bo Xilai.

After the Wang Lijun incident, true and false information

spread all over the world.

Another source said that Bo will be transferred to the

National People's Congress Working Committee,

then rid from his Chongqing Municipal Party Secretary post.

This is similar to the news released by the media of

Jiang Zemin's group, dwnew.com.

Jiang Weiping says it is possible, considering stability,

that the CCP will place Bo Xilai on an easy job for now.

After Bo's supporters are gone, he will be punished

and even sent to prison given sufficient evidence, says Jiang.

Chief-editor of China Affairs Wu Fan says, Bo Xilai holds

evidence of Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang's crimes.

It is possible Hu Jintao will let Bo Xilai expose their crimes

to hit Jiang Zemin's group.

Wu Fan: “To protect himself, he can sell anything.

He'll do anything Hu and Wen says for his own safety.

Chen Xitong was sentenced to 16 years in prison,

and Chen Liangyu, 18 years,

both as "political enemies".So for Bo Xilai,

a dozen years' sentence is not unlikely.”

People's Daily published an article on Feb. 17,

asking Hu Jintao to dispose of Bo Xilai.

Wu Fan: “I think it might be Xi Jinping's group,

or between Hu and Wen.

Wen Jiabao's team hopes to resolve this matter quickly.

Otherwise, it might cause other issues and

they might come back for revenge.

Recently Wen Jiabao expressed,

“Not to delay anything during his last year of reign.”

Xinhuannet.com published a lecture on Feb. 19 from He Guoqiang,

Party Secretary of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

It states if corruption is not controlled on time,

there is danger to the party and country.

Outside analysis points out Xinhuanet.com published He's

lecture on Jan 8 to express his attitude to handle Bo Xilai.

He Guoqiang is considered to be Jiang and Lipeng's team.

He was once Party secretary of Chongqing. His team at Chongqing was purged by Bo Xilai.

Chongqing Daily published an interview of Deng Xiaoping's

daughter Deng Lin.

It quoted Deng Lin's statement that the policy

of reform cannot be changed

Jiang Weiping points out that Bo Xilai did not only practice

the “Second Cultural Revolution.” He also denied the policy of reform.

If Hu, Wen, Xi and Li cannot follow people's will

and the current of history to punish Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun, they will leave endless issues in the future.
