【禁聞】新聞署長諷治國敗筆 倒胡暗流湧動

【新唐人2012年4月11日訊】中共官場公款吃喝之風，屢禁不止，一直為民眾深惡痛絕，日前「新聞出版總署」署長柳斌傑通過他的實名微博諷刺：「幾百個文件管不住大吃大喝，真是治國之敗筆」，分析認為，柳斌傑這一諷刺劍指胡錦濤；而柳斌傑背景非同尋常。

7號，「新聞出版總署」署長柳斌傑通過他的個人微博，參與人民微博《爭鳴版》中關於「河南省寧陵縣設『臨時禁酒辦』能奏效嗎？」的話題討論時，劍指「公款消費」。柳斌傑貼子中諷刺：「幾百個文件管不住大吃大喝，真是治國之敗筆。……」

「權利運動」發起人胡軍指出，中共當局下的「紅頭文件」，就是做做樣子、做做秀。

胡軍：「『公款吃喝』它這一塊只能下下文件，下了文件以後，讓中國的老百姓看一看，他們再吃喝，其實現在財產是國家的就是官員的，官員自己的，人家想怎麼吃就怎麼吃，下了文件有啥用？」

原《陝西電視臺》記者馬曉明指出，現在已經不只是公款吃喝問題了，是直接向人民掠奪侵吞了。

馬曉明：「現在中共的問題遠遠不只是大吃大喝的問題了，就是買官一絕，直接掠奪社會的資產，直接掠奪人民的財富，國家現在問題發生的這麽嚴重，很重要的一個原因就是新聞出版媒體，替中共掩蓋矛盾，對人民實行愚民宣傳和愚民教育。」

在胡錦濤動員全黨與他保持高度一致，特別是中共還在大肆抓捕所謂的「造謠者」，民間輿論風聲鶴唳的時候，柳斌傑敢於以「新聞出版總署」署長身份，公開譏諷所謂「治國之敗筆」，胡軍認為，他是意有所指，背景非同尋常，顯示中共高層內鬥激烈。

胡軍：「馬上十八大了，它們每出一事都意有所指，都知道權力對他們非常重要，爭權對它非常重要，它就想用民間的力量相互之間摸黑，相互之間攻擊，就是這樣，但是他們又不敢明瞭，含沙射影的幹一些事情，因為他們知道幹的一些事情都見不得人。」

馬曉明質問柳斌傑﹕他是在幫主子掩蓋社會問題，還是在愚弄人民？

馬曉明：「你（柳斌傑）是及時的，客觀的，把社會的問題揭露出來了呢？還是你向你的主子，所謂的李長春啊，劉雲山這一夥人啊，掩蓋嚴重的社會問題？現在老百姓上訪，暴露出天大的真是驚天的案件，像柳斌傑這樣的人你們誰替我們呼籲一下？誰替我們披露一下？你掩蓋這些東西，就是包庇、助長這些強盜和貪污腐敗份子啊。」

《參與》網站分析說，關於柳斌傑所說的，中共禁止公款吃喝下了幾百個紅頭文件，是治國之敗筆，作為總書記的胡錦濤當然要首先被問責。所以可以肯定，柳斌傑這一諷刺劍指胡錦濤。

馬曉明指出，這都是中共內部集團借用民間力量來打擊對手。

馬曉明：「他們都是一樣的，知道嗎？在他們沒有真正的表明他們願意在中國實行民主改革，推進中國的民主進程，在他們仍然是還抱著共產黨那一套，對人民進行欺壓，掠奪，欺騙愚弄的這種人，不管他是哪一派（都是一樣）。」

胡軍指出，從柳斌傑以「新聞出版總署長」的身份站出來劍指胡錦濤；到近期周永康反撲，大肆抓捕所謂的「造謠者」；再到傳言「中共軍方要求處理薄熙來，不能由個別人說了算」來看，可見中共局勢複雜，如果胡溫不能快刀斬亂麻，一旦倒胡「暗流」會合，恐怕難以收場。

GAPP's Attack on Hu

Though banned many times and hated by people, Chinese

Communist Party (CCP) officials' spending of public funds on meals had never stopped.

Recently, General Administration of Press and Publication'

(GAPP) director Liu Binjie wrote about this on a microblog.

Liu said, "Hundreds of documents can't control huge expenses

on eating and drinking. The rule of the country is a failure."

Liu Bin's comments were actually aiming at Hu Jintao.

On March 7, GAPP's director Liu Binjie criticized

spending of public funds,

during a discussion on Renmin Microblog

using his personal account.

Liu Binjie stated: “Hundreds of documents can't control

huge expenses on eating and drinking. The rule of the country is a failure."

Human Rights Campaign in China' founder, Hu Bin pointed

out that the CCP's Red Header Documents are but a show.

Hu Jun: “They can only release documents on the issue

of Consuming Public Funds on Meals.

People see that actually public funds belong

to the government, the officials.

They do whatever they want to.

What is the use of issuing documents?”

Former reporter of Sha'anxi Television Ma Xiaoming pointed

out, the issue now is not only using public funds on meals. It is direct robbery from people.

Mao Xiaoming: “CCP has more problems

than eating and drinking now.

Like buying official positions and robbing assets

from the society and the people.

GAPP is one of the key reasons for the severity of the issues.

It covers up problems and uses propaganda to fool people.”

Hu Jintao is mobilizing the CCP to follow him,

and CCP is extensively arresting so-called "rumor makers."

In this environment, as director of GAPP Liu dared

to publicly ridicule the government failure.

Hu Jun thinks Liu has special aim and uses his background,

which just shows the intensive fighting at CCP's top level.

Hu Jun: “The 18th CCP National Congress is approaching.

Each incident has a purpose.

They all know power is crucial to them.

They use slander and attack each other by using people.

But they dare not do it obviously.

So they make comments implying this and that.

They know what they have done cannot be exposed.”

Mao Xiaoming questions Liu - is he trying to cover up

social issues for this boss, or is he fooling people?

Ma Xiaoming: “Are you (Liu Binjie) objectively revealing

social issues in a timely manner?

Or covering up social problems for your bosses,

Li Changchun and Liu Yunshan?

When petitioners expose shocking cases of injustice,

did you or anyone appeal for us?

You just cover up issues for those criminals

and corrupt officials.”

The website canyu.com analyzed what Liu Binjie said

about the failure of hundreds of red head documents.

It implies that Hu Jintao should be the first to be questioned.

We are sure that Liu Binjie targets Hu Jintao, says the site.

Ma Xiaoming pointed out, the CCP uses people's power

to attack their opponents.

Ma Xiaoming: “They are all the same. You know, they didn't

express clearly their willingness to promote democratic reform in China.

They still hold on to CCP's stuff, lying to people,

robbing and fooling people.

They are all the same,

no matter which faction they belong to.”

Hu Jun pointed out what Liu's stepping out to criticize

Hu Jintao as GAPP director may mean at the moment.

In the context of the recent fight back from Zhou Yongkang,

mass arrest of so-called rumor creators, etc., Liu's words can mean the situation is very complicated.

If Hu and Wen cannot fix the situation quickly, once their

rival faction recoups, things could get really hard for them.
